Tapos Mondal is a Subject Matter Expert in UNIX & LINUX with over 17 years of relevant experience. He holds certifications in EHCE, MCSA-2012, and OCP-SOLARIS 10. Currently, he is associated with iiht ltd as a Subject Matter Expert in UNIX & LINUX. In his previous role as Deputy Manager at HCL, he managed the IT department, provided corporate training to different vendors, administered the internal network and computer system of the company, conducted periodical hardware and network updating sessions for the employees, managed and coordinated training related to his domain, trained, coached, and counselled trainees at all levels, developed and updated content for training in his domain, managed trainings at all levels, updated the training team with domain knowledge, conducted and evaluated pre and post assessments for the trainees, managed the Learning Management System to ensure that the training team is connected and updated with the latest information, ensured that the sessions conducted were interactive and result-oriented, and conducted interviews for placement of trainees into respective domains at client organizations. Before that, Tapos worked as a Freelance Corporate Trainer at Cognizant, where he provided training in Networking, UNIX & Shell Scripting, Red Hat Linux 6, and Oracle Solaris 10. Tapos completed his B.Com from Calcutta University in 1998, his H.S from Buxarah High School in 1993, and his Madhyamik from Mudiali High School in 1991. With his extensive experience and expertise in UNIX & LINUX, Tapos is a valuable asset to any organization in need of his services.
