In this role, he was responsible for delivering mid to senior talent to large corporates across various industry sectors for multinational corporations as well as leading Indian business houses. He also founded The 500 MBA Club, where he served as a Founder Member. Tirtharaj holds a Master of Business Administration degree with a specialization in Human Resource and Marketing from Jaipur National University. He also has a Bachelor's degree in Computer Application from the University of Engineering & Management and completed his secondary education from Chittaranjan High School English Medium and Saint Joseph's Convent Higher Secondary School.
