Trisha Agarwal is an accomplished Talent Acquisition Manager with over 8 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment. She is currently leading the Talent Acquisition team at Freo, India's first credit-led neo bank, previously known as MoneyTap. Trisha is responsible for managing all aspects of recruitment, including campus and lateral hiring, policy making, and talent branding. She has been instrumental in doubling the talent force in just one year after obtaining Series-B funding in 2020. Trisha is actively involved in ramping up the Engineering, Data, and Product teams, as well as expanding Freo's recruitment efforts in the Vietnam market. Prior to joining Freo, Trisha worked as a Lead Recruiter at Ernst & Young (EY) for five years. During her tenure, she progressed up the ladder on an annual basis, leaving no questions in leadership's mind about her passion for recruitment. Trisha managed hiring for diverse skill sets ranging from F&A to Data Science and Lean Six Sigma. She was instrumental in bringing agency costs down drastically and helped expand the Data Science/ETL team from 6 to 100+. Trisha also managed large volume hiring drives with minimal support. Trisha's early career experience includes working as an Operation Executive at Merittrac, where she managed daily walk-ins, conducted GDs, managed aptitude tests, shortlisted candidates, and routed their profiles to different functions based on their desired skill sets. She also supported weekend mass hiring drives. Trisha holds a High School Diploma from Bishop Cotton Girls' School in India and a graduation degree in Business/Commerce from Sri Bhagawan Mahaveer Jain College. She also completed her PUC in Business/Commerce from the same college. Trisha's technical skills include Data Scientist, ETL, and testing.
