Trisha Agarwal is an accomplished Talent Acquisition Manager with over 8 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment. She was instrumental in bringing agency costs down drastically and helped expand the Data Science/ETL team from 6 to 100+. Trisha also managed large volume hiring drives with minimal support. Trisha's early career experience includes working as an Operation Executive at Merittrac, where she managed daily walk-ins, conducted GDs, managed aptitude tests, shortlisted candidates, and routed their profiles to different functions based on their desired skill sets. She also supported weekend mass hiring drives.
