Tushar Gaurabh Jha is a highly motivated software engineer with a passion for solving real-world problems. With over 2 years of experience in the field, he is currently working as a Software Engineer 1 at Safe Security, where he has optimized the logging system for Site Coordinator script and improved the upgrade script to optimize memory usage. He has also prepared a list of security controls on the basis of hardening guidelines and created an Ansible script to harden the Ubuntu 20.04 with the latest CIS Level 1 security controls as part of the Hardening initiative. Tushar is a skilled developer with expertise in NodeJS, GoLang, Java, React, GraphQL, and Docker. He enjoys working in a team environment and is always willing to learn new skills to achieve his career goals. He has a Bachelor of Technology degree in Computer Science from the College of Engineering (CEB), Bhubaneswar. During his time as an intern at Safe Security, Tushar built an automated onboarding script in Node.js that reduced the overall onboarding time by 50%. He also built a web portal from scratch with the help of React.js, Node.js, and MongoDB, which is being used internally by all the teams to upload their onboarding training resources. Additionally, he has conducted Coding Blocks workshops and programming events as a Campus Ambassador during his time at college. Tushar's tech stack includes Software Engineering, Docker, NodeJS, GoLang, Java, Javascript, MongoDB, and Web development.
