Tushar Garg is an accomplished entrepreneur with a passion for building products that cater to the masses. He currently serves as the Co-Founder and CTO of Croton, a startup that has bootstrapped to $60k ARR with over 250 paid customers at an average of $300/annum. Tushar leads a team of six in a remote work environment while overseeing the end-to-end product design and facilitating the technological requirements of the company. Prior to his current role, Tushar worked as a Senior Software Engineer at Paytm, where he was part of the search team. He worked on Elasticsearch-based stacks that enabled search across millions of products in real-time. Tushar designed and developed several major projects, including Localization, Search 2.0, and Share N Earn, which were all successfully launched on production. He also developed an independent loyalty module that could be used for any service to provide loyalty-based points and coupons based on providers. Tushar also worked as a Senior Engineer at Target, where he was part of the Checkout team. He developed solutions as per business logic requirements and ported the codebase to Kotlin-Ratpack as a 2018 milestone. He designed and developed a generic Kafka-based Salesforce feed solution for pending items in the cart. Tushar holds a Bachelor of Technology in Electronics and Communication Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Guwahati. He completed his 12th grade at S.M. Arya Public School, New Delhi. Tushar's tech stack includes Ethereum, DeFi, Smart Contract, Senior Software Engineer, and product designer. With 8.72 years of relevant experience, Tushar is an accomplished entrepreneur and a valuable asset to any organization he works with.
