Tushar Mahale is a seasoned DevSecOps Engineer with over 12 years of experience in the field. Currently serving as the Principal DevOps Engineer at Meesho, he has previously worked as a Lead DevOps Engineer at Nvidia and Credit Suisse. Tushar is a certified CKS, CKA, and AWS SysOps Admin, and is well-versed in a wide range of technologies including AWS, Kubernetes, Python, CI/CD, Jenkins, Microservices, Terraform, ECS, Docker, and Elastic Search. He has designed and implemented Continuous Deployment (CD) in non-production and Continuous Delivery in production environments with Jenkins, Kubernetes, Docker, bash, and Python, and provided IaaS platforms for developers. Tushar has a good understanding of Kubernetes Control Plane and hands-on experience on core components like Namespace, Pods, Services, Ingress, Daemonsets, Jobs, Persistent Volumes, Persistent Volume Claims, RBAC, CRD, operators, and integration with external Load Balancers and monitoring setup with Prometheus. He has also done POC on Istio, Heptio Contour, and EFK Stack (Elasticsearch, Fluentd, and Kibana) products with Kubernetes Cluster. Tushar is an expert in writing Shell Scripts and Python Scripts as a part of Automation and Sanity for infrastructure activities. He has extensive experience in handling and troubleshooting production environments and automating deployment procedures with no/minimal manual intervention. Tushar holds a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Computer Engineering from SSVPS's Bapusaheb Shivajirao Deore College of Engineering, Dhule. He has also completed his HSC from Jai Hind ET's Zulal Bhilajirao Patil College, Dhule, and SSC from Jai Hind High School.
