Tushar Oza is a highly experienced and customer-focused Product Leader with over 20 years of experience in the software industry. He has held various positions in Product Planning, Product Management, Agile Leadership, and Alliances, leading cross-functional global teams to plan, build, launch, and evangelize world-class enterprise software and Cloud as-a-Service solutions. Tushar has a proven track record of working with cross-functional and global teams that include engineering, marketing, and sales. Tushar blends his technology skills with Agile/Scrum experience, marketing orientation, and analytical abilities to evolve product strategy and launch sophisticated products. He specializes in strategic planning, people management, global product management, business development, product marketing, partner integration, roadmap development, portfolio planning, and private cloud, public/hybrid cloud infrastructure, and application/software management, as-a-Service (SaaS) offerings. Currently, Tushar is the Director of Product Management at AMD, where he builds and leads a team of some of the best software product managers to guide open development of toolset, ecosystem, and developer tools for GPU-accelerated AI/ML, scientific computing, HPC, and cloud industries. In his previous roles, Tushar worked as a Sr. Product Leader at Dell, where he led the concept and delivery of private cloud offerings on Dell server platforms with Microsoft Azure Stack and Azure Stack HCI. He also planned several major multi-product releases based on research, direct customer feedback, and enablement of new management strategies. Tushar is an initiator, self-motivated, and can help drive teams. He has excellent written and oral communication skills, including presentation experience to large and diverse audiences. He is also a mentor and guide to help develop organizational talent. Tushar has a Master of Business Administration in Marketing and General Management from The University of Texas and a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science and Engineering from Kuvempu Vishwavidyanilaya.
