Udhay has fostered a culture of empowerment, self-disciplined function that takes pride in what they do, and developed a roadmap by clearly defining the Bold Goals for the team, providing a big picture and aligning individual goals. Udhay has previously worked with Juniper Networks as a Software Engineering Leader, where he managed a remote team of six members and was responsible for handling development & QA functions. He has also worked with Citrix as a Senior QA Lead, where he was responsible for architecting & managing QA deliverables of GoToMyPC Remote Access product & Personal Cloud product. Udhay holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science & Engineering from Bharathidasan University. He possesses a strong technical background and is skilled in Senior Software Engineering, Testing, QA, DevOps, Elastic Search, Big Data, Web, SDET, Selenium, Amazon Athena, and Python.
