Udit Patidar is a sustainability-minded entrepreneur who is bringing technology to the age-old problem of waste management and recycling. With an MBA from Cornell University and a Ph.D from the University of Houston, he is a strong business technology professional with a wealth of experience in the field. Currently, Udit is the Co-Founder and Director of bintix waste research, where he is leading the development of multiple SaaS and AI products to ensure material traceability, waste/resin recognition, and recycling effectiveness. He is also leading the expansion of waste management and recycling operations across multiple cities in India, servicing 15000 customers at their doorstep and providing 50000 monthly physical customer touchpoints. Udit is building a dedicated operations, data analytics, and engineering team, all focused on getting more value from waste, one household at a time. He is also working on a few other exciting products still under the wraps. Udit's educational background includes a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Cornell University, a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Computer Science from the University of Houston, and a Master of Science (MS) in Electrical Engineering from KTH Royal Institute of Technology. With 4.77 years of relevant experience, Udit is a research scientist and AI expert with a passion for creating valuable data products from waste. He is committed to making a positive impact on the environment and is dedicated to finding innovative solutions to the problem of waste management and recycling.
