Urmila's educational background includes an Executive Program in Supply Chain Management During Uncertain Times from IIM Lucknow, which she is currently pursuing. She also holds a Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Maharshi Dayanand University, as well as a Higher Secondary Schooling degree in Computer Science from KV Hisar Cantt, Haryana.
