Utkarsh began his career as an intern at Capgemini, where he worked as a Java Full Stack Developer. During his tenure, he built a web application using the Spring framework, Java, and Angular and implemented Agile methodology with the team. He was also responsible for project integration, development, and testing. Utkarsh was trained extensively by Capgemini officials for four months on Java Full Stack. Later, Utkarsh joined Q3 as an intern, where he worked on an internal project of anonymous feedback about the hiring process. He helped candidates to provide their experience in the hiring process, which helped the company to improve their methodologies and recruiting metrics. Utkarsh holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Computer Science from the Noida Institute of Engineering and Technology (NIET), where he graduated in 2020.
