Utkarsh Tyagi is a highly motivated Software Engineer-II at Microsoft with over 4 years of relevant experience. He is a Computer Engineer graduate from one of the top technical colleges in India and has worked with 3+ start-ups in 2 different technically blooming countries. Utkarsh is passionate about writing high performance, well-tested, and maintainable code. He has a good track record of delivering a range of technical solutions from responsive web-pages for end-users to REST APIs for B2B integrations and messenger BOT. Currently, Utkarsh is working at Microsoft as a Software Engineer-II. Prior to this, he worked at undostres as a Technical Product Manager and Lead Software Engineer. During his tenure at undostres, Utkarsh designed and developed high-performance, secure REST APIs in GoLang for the company's major B2B project, Wallet as a service. He implemented Micro-services architecture and Domain Driven Design to develop maintainable and scalable production-grade back-end applications using Go-Kit, backed by extensive unit and integration tests. Utkarsh also Dockerized the micro-service application into lightweight containers, making it host-architecture independent. He configured and hosted this Micro-service architecture on AWS using ECS, ECR, EC2 services (multiple server instances for sandbox and production environments) and created CI/CD using AWS code-pipeline. Utkarsh has a degree in Computer Science from NSIT and has completed his high school education from Delhi Public School and St. Paul's Academy.
