Before joining NXP Semiconductors, Vaibhav has worked with several other leading companies, including Capgemini and PTC Software. In both these organizations, he held the position of Senior Technical Lead, where he was responsible for managing and leading teams of software engineers in the development of complex software solutions. Vaibhav is a graduate of Barkatullah University, where he earned his Bachelor's degree in Computer Science & Engineering. Throughout his education, he gained a strong foundation in software development and programming, which he has continued to build upon throughout his career. In terms of technical skills, Vaibhav is highly proficient in a wide range of technologies, including AWS, SQL, Kubernetes, Docker, MySQL, Kafka, Spring Boot, Jenkins, Microservices, DevOps, Python, and Java. He has also worked extensively as a Senior Software Engineer, where he has gained a deep understanding of the software development lifecycle and the importance of delivering high-quality software products.
