Vaibhav Tayal is a highly motivated Full Stack Developer with a passion for developing new products and solving problems. With over 5 years of experience in building websites and Android applications, he has co-founded two successful startups in the B2B and B2C retail space. Currently, Vaibhav works as a Software Development Engineer 2 at Vedantu, where he has been instrumental in building scalable microfrontend architectures. He has also handled project initiation to deployment planning for apps being developed by multiple tech teams. Prior to his current role, Vaibhav worked as a Software Engineer at Vedantu where he was part of the Student Learning Experience team. He worked on multiple frameworks such as React, Next, and Angular. As a Co-founder and CTO of Deskneed, Vaibhav built the technology stack for the company for managing the business on a daily basis. The web app deskneed.com provides a solution for Admin or HR officers to manage procurement needs for their office. He gained insights on the B2B business model, identifying the pain of admin and how their system could ease their day-to-day tasks. He also added a team management, tasks, and order monitoring system and developed accounting and GST tools, which he found interesting. Vaibhav holds a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) in Electronics and Communications Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Silchar. He also completed his 12th grade in Science from Faculty Higher Secondary School. With a strong technical background in Software Engineering, Javascript, ReactJS, AWS, Android, PHP, MySQL, SQL, Web, Senior Software Engineering, Jenkins, and NodeJS, Vaibhav is a versatile developer with a keen eye for detail. His relevant experience of 5.12 years makes him an asset to any team.
