Varun Taneja is a seasoned professional with over 9 years of experience, with the last 4+ years focused on Product Management. As a Senior Product Manager at Microsoft, he has hands-on experience in defining product vision and strategy, building strong B2B and B2C products, and executing roadmaps. Prior to his current role, Varun managed Maintenance Operations in a leadership role for an Indian Public sector firm. He started his corporate journey with Tata Consultancy Services as a software engineer, developing web solutions for a Fortune 100 Financial Company. Varun is a graduate of National Institute of Technology and holds an MBA from Asian Institute of Management in Manila, Philippines. He has a Post Graduate Diploma in Metro Rail Transport Technology, a sponsored course for Delhi Metro managers. Currently, as a Senior Program Manager at Microsoft, Varun is working on Microsoft Stream, a new investment that is redefining video for enterprise. He is building a YouTube for enterprises and is responsible for its product management.
