Veeraraghavan Thirumale is a Technical Lead with over 15 years of experience in designing, developing, and delivering windows and web-based applications using Microsoft .Net Technologies. He has expertise in guiding and mentoring teams through complex technical issues and challenges. Veeraraghavan has also been involved in business meetings with customers to gather requirements for new projects. He has represented his organization as an On-site coordinator at Boston, USA, and Stockholm, Sweden, and has a valid Business Visa to the US until 2028. Currently, Veeraraghavan is working as a Senior Technical Lead at HCL, where he is involved in the development of Radio Frequency instrument displays for testing semiconductor devices. He has developed windows forms application involving several user controls depicting the instrument with resistors, capacitors, switches for connection and disconnection, ports for connecting the device to source or receive the signal. Veeraraghavan has also developed test programs for testing the instrument features with comparison of expected values versus actual values of the hardware. Prior to HCL, Veeraraghavan has worked as a Senior Software Engineer at Span Infotech and Accenture. At Span Infotech, he was involved in the development of Swedbank SYNK, a Windows-based banking application that deals with account creation, different types of accounts, customer data editing, and products associated with the customer. He also worked on Swed Bank Kassa Migration from VB6 to VB.Net using Visual Studio 2012, TFS 2012, wix packaging, and guided juniors in resolving complex issues. At Accenture, Veeraraghavan was involved in maintenance and production support of windows and web applications in the insurance domain for a UK-based insurance company. Veeraraghavan holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from Ramaiah Institute of Technology and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Electronics from Bangalore University. He also has an SSLC degree from Vani High School.
