Vijayaraghavan Seshan is a seasoned IT professional with over 12 years of experience in leadership, IT infrastructure, RPA, cloud operations, process excellence, IT operations, and agile methodologies. He is currently working as an IT Manager at Icon Clinical Research India, where he manages a global team in application management for clinical and IT applications. His responsibilities include application transition, maintenance and support, change management, GDPR, 21CFR Part 11& SOX audit participation, SOP & BP submission and review, application contracts, license review and management, organizational strategic planning and execution for application management group, and writing business cases. Prior to his current role, Vijayaraghavan worked as a Manager and Senior Business System Analyst at Icon PLC, a leading company in Clinical Research Organization. As a Senior Business Applications Analyst, he supported Oracle Pharmaceutical Applications like Oracle Clinical and RDC for all regions, primarily APAC and EU. He also managed ICON internal employee applications and performed support and requirement gathering for it. He handled Level 2 and level 3 support of Oracle Pharmaceutical applications and EMC eroom software. Vijayaraghavan has a strong educational background as well. He completed his 10th passout in 2001 from Immaculate Matriculation Higher Secondary School. He is proficient in infra and research scientist technologies. With his extensive experience in IT management and application support, Vijayaraghavan is a valuable asset to any organization.
