Prior to Dehaat, Vivek worked as a Senior Manager for User Experience and User Interface Design at Oxfordcaps, where he led a design team and trained them on best practices of UX. He also interacted with stakeholders and users to understand their pain points and came up with solutions to solve them. Vivek has also worked as an Associate Team Lead at Appster, where he managed a team of designers in the best UX and UI practices in an agile service-driven environment. Vivek holds a Bachelor's Degree in Communication Design from the National Institute of Fashion Technology, Mumbai, and a CUA in Usability Analyst from Human Factors International. He has a diverse tech stack that includes designer, product designer, test, research scientist, integration, and UI.
