Will Goto is a seasoned software engineer, product designer, and entrepreneur with over 13 years of relevant experience in the tech industry. As the Cofounder and CEO of rize.io, he leads a team of experts in building a platform that helps companies automate their financial operations. Prior to rize.io, Will was the Cofounder and CEO of Humble Dot, a venture-backed startup that offers a solution for managers to build visibility, alignment, and camaraderie for remote and distributed teams. He also worked as a Senior Software Engineer at Periscope, a Twitter company, where he played a key role in shaping the web application architecture for feature scalability. Will led the implementation of Periscope's discover, channels, search, and analytics features, and migrated the client application to an isomorphic application with server-side rendering. He used NodeJS, Webpack, React, Redux, D3, and numerous other key libraries, and even created a new state management library for React called React Axiom. Will holds a B.S. in Materials Science & Engineering from Cornell University, where he graduated in 2010.
