Yadu Mathur is a highly experienced Principal Architect at Walmart Labs with over 12 years of experience in architecting low latency, cost-optimized, and well-secured solutions on Hybrid, public and private clouds. He is an expert in Cloud, Architecture, System design, Telemetry, Orchestration, SaaS, Containerisation, microservice architecture and API's, Infra KPIs's, Reliability scoring and setups with right DR and HA, Platforms related to Big Data and messaging, High-level CI / CD, IAAC (infra as a Code enthusiast). Yadu has contributed to multiple patents and white papers and is driven by Innovation and passion. Currently, Yadu is working as a Principal Software Engineer at Walmart, leading the Tech Lead MLS - Platform team. He started working from the inception of the project and remained the first member of project MLS incubation and journey from POC to MVP and GA. He has created automation flows from scratch and led the team's initiatives for each Walmart team with different use cases, including acquisitions. Yadu has managed Log Search, a hybrid single platform to search logs coming from across Walmart comm, Walmart stores, DC, MC, etc. He has worked as an integral member of the team in designing, architecting, coding, and developing pipelines to bring data to a single platform processing billions of events per day and petabytes of data. Yadu is certified in Splunk and has developed multiple routes on top of Splunk. In the past, Yadu has worked as a Senior Engineer I4- Development at Walmart and as a Tech Lead and Manager: DevOps & Automation at Securonix. He has created end-to-end cloud monitoring tools, end-to-end tools with clustering on master and client server architecture, and automated installers. Yadu has also worked on creating a Windows event collector, automation frameworks, and new security policies and use cases for finding the violators/outliers. He has been a key performer and winner of the CSC innovation award in 2015. Yadu has a B.Tech degree in Computer Engineering from Nirma University. He is skilled in Python, Kafka, NodeJS, infra, Search, Flask, Azure, GCP, Ansible, Puppet, Terraform, MySQL, Big Data, Jenkins, Microservices, DevOps, Backend, Docker, and test.
