He decreased delayed services and hurried jobs from 43% to 17% PAN India by deploying a Tableau dashboard on data extracted with MySQL database in Snowflake, which eventually led to an increase in female clients' safety. He also increased the quality of low-rated providers by analyzing their skillset and implemented a training program of 3+ days. Yash inspected user activity and performed churn analysis to identify 3 key bottlenecks to reduce churn-rate from the app. He managed application backend using MySQL on Snowflake, by updating the database to effectively store the data. Yash's efforts led to an increase in the Net Promoter Score of women’s grooming section from 0.36 to 0.42 by examining user flow and needs. Yash has a Dual Degree (BTech + Mtech) in Metallurgical Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay. He also completed his 10th grade from St. Xaviers High School and Junior Jollege.
