Yashvardhan Gaur is a highly motivated Engineer with a Masters Degree in Geology who is pursuing a career in the Tech industry. He is passionate about creating an impact and expressing his creativity through code. Currently, Yashvardhan is a part of the Robotic Process Automation group in AI-Operations at NextGenOps - Reliance JIO. On his free days, Yashvardhan enjoys solving random programming problems on leetcode, learning new technologies, making random apps (mobile/web/pc) to practice and sharpen his skills, playing games like Minesweeper or Call of Duty, and humming to the strums of his guitar. Yashvardhan is currently learning Camunda BPM and has several major academic achievements, including securing 99.52 percentile in IIT JEE - 2015 by obtaining a rank of 6309 amongst 1292711 candidates, ranking in the top 2 percentile in SATs with a score of over 2200, receiving a silver medal for being the subject topper in Entrepreneurship in 12th standard board examinations, and a gold medal for obtaining a perfect 10 CGPA in 10th standard. Yashvardhan has relevant experience of 3.20 years and possesses a diverse TechStack, including Software Engineer, Backend, Java, Python, Research Scientist, AI, Web, Mobile, AWS, MongoDB, Spring, test, SQL, Spring Boot, Azure, MySQL, and DevOps. He has previously worked as a Research Intern at Boise State University, where he carried out Geological Research and Analyses on Pressure-Temperature estimations pertaining to Himalayan Formation and Development. Currently, Yashvardhan is working as a Software Development Engineer at JIO, where he is utilizing his skills and expertise to contribute to the development of the company. He is a highly motivated individual who is always eager to learn and grow in his career.
