Yesovardhan Kambhampaty is a seasoned Product Management professional with over 27 years of experience in technical, managerial, and product management roles. He specializes in business, e-commerce, and payment domains and cloud solutions. Currently, he serves as the Director of Product Management at kore.ai. Yesovardhan has an impressive track record of conceptualizing and driving the development of multiple enhancements for Search, including complex ElasticSearch-based features, and visualization-driven reports. He also led the development of a website for a popular online seller of gift cards, interacting with CXOs to organize a roadmap for the product and releasing it to customers. Yesovardhan has managed and liaised with stakeholders across locations in and outside India, including BLR, HYD, Kochi, Manila, SF, FL, MA. Yesovardhan's experience also includes managing MyPoints, an important publisher in the Loyalty industry with approximately 12-13 million members. He carried out Annual Planning and Budgeting for the MyPoints HYD team, participated in Sprint Planning and Scrum-of-scrums, and attrition-proofed the team by using checklists, SOPs, documentation, and cross-training. He also designed the Back Operations (offline process) to count clicks and purchases to reward members with loyalty points. Yesovardhan mentored senior engineers in improving technical and soft skills and trained DevOps personnel to write Python scripts for puppet and ansible. Yesovardhan holds a Master of Technology (M.Tech.) in Artificial Intelligence from the University of Hyderabad and completed his schooling at St. Mary's High School, Nesbit Road, Mumbai.
